September 2001

The two gigs earlier this month both went well. We played a version of 'Rat Salad' for the 13th Note Club's Jukebox night (the feature album being 'Paranoid' by Black Sabbath), which was good fun, although slightly chaotic.
No gigs lined up at the moment, but we are hoping to get into the studio soon for some recording. Once completed, one of the tracks will be released on the gringo records singles club. At the moment we are down for sharing a single with Callisto, from Olympia, WA. More details to follow.

August 2001

We have a couple of gigs lined up for September. The first is a Black Sabbath tribute night at the 13th Note Club (Glasgow) on the 4th of September. The second is on the 25th September at the same venue, when we will be supporting The Lapse.

June 2001

Last month's Edinburgh gig was our first proper appearance of the year. It was a good show, but had a disappointing turnout. Our next gig is with Tarentel and Lonecop at the 13th Note Club (Glasgow) on the 23rd July.
Another review has been added.

May 2001

We finally managed to play a gig! We performed a version of "Thief" for the 13th Note Club's excellent Can tribute night.
We have one gig lined up for this month. It is on the 31st May at the Wee Red Bar (Edinburgh College of Art student union). Also playing will be Pro Forma and Operator.

April 2001

Much to the surprise of all concerned, empire-builder are to make a (brief) live appearance, when they play at the 13th note's Can tribute night. It is on Wednesday 25th April, at the club (Glasgow).
